We strongly favor the use of the Exposition Right of Way (“ROW”) for Phase 2 of the Expo Light Rail Line  over the Venice-Sepulveda alternative.  The use of the ROW will produce a line that is faster, more cost effective to build and operate, and have a larger ridership than the alternative.

Phase 2 should not only provide a transit alternative to and from the Westside, but it should also be a great addition to our neighborhood.  The ROW between Motor Avenue and Sepulveda Boulevard in West Los Angeles is a fallow strip of land holding exciting opportunities.
